White screen

Everytime I try got to marked to bit,I get white screen. Must log on again and anything work but not markedplace. If I try several time it gives white screen again.

 

Same here, I did the same thing 3 times and still can't get to the market to bid. Im guess the sync has messed up things again...GA3

Just a quick footnote to the above reported problem - I don't get the white screen but I am also unable to access the market to bid/buy an item,

 

When will it be fixed??

 

Same here whether I use client or browser the Seafight home page comes up, but once I enter the water, that page turns white.

to whom it may concern; i too have been unable to proceed onto the market place, as mentioned above. i am on global europe 1 server, aka OG server.

 

The market has been down all day and it would of been nice to bid on a few things there, but since it's down and it seems bp can't get it fix, I what to say thank you on a job well down on keeping the game running smooth as ever......smh...it's the market for crying out loud how hard can it be to fix, it's not rocket science, or is it... thank you....

just to let you all know support and customer services will be closed over xmas.im sorry i forgot they do not exist.

That is not the point, the simple things in the game should be working, you may not care, but if you look at this thread other players do.... and if you read again Bp was unaware of the problem, seems like you cared enough to comment...just because you may not use the market, doesn't mean other players don't, the market does help newer players.... you have a great Xmas Junior expert

The market seems to be working again.
