    Ahoy mrpiratesking!

    Both Dodge Chance and Damage Prevention works with Players / NPCs.

    Overall:

    1. Both defences works in two scenarios
    2. Dodge Chance is more into PvP, however as for the current event admirals it played a major role in protecting players
    3. Damage Prevention is more into PvE, however having to little dmg. prev. will increase the damage received    ​
