missing cannons slots!!!

well today i lose 40 places for canons...i have same bonuses(houl and comonwelth officer lvl 5),some how ilost 40 places for canons which i buy thru this winter event....i dont know how!?? i em really despered becaus i played olmost day and night i now juct in one sec lost....but places for canons in specifications is like i but them...61 more places to finish...i mean full ...evrything els is in full upgrade,mening for canon slots...its imposible ...i hade 445 places when i started to play this year....missing that 40 places i bought!!

 

did you lose your bonus map buffs gemini sucundus and premus from gemini map speed fishing and etheral scales from pieces map and scorpio buff from scorpio map or the kings legacy jolly roger legacy and queens legacy

 

no..i was fionishing quest for lvl 27...i need one think for admiral...in 23/2 shooting ...on the first shoot i sea the differnce in dameg...in my screen didnt write nothing...first that was on my mind...i check,check then comonwelth seelsworld i have lvl 5...he was for 2 hours on dec...i go back to haven to sea what is happening...evrything was on place...i tray to move comonwealth selsword but nothing change....i check for buffs in loog book or lot..nothing...but i told you....missing my boughted canoon sloots...first acc before this was deleted...then this...i played last moth all...for buying this decks...for pearls any yulong...i was hurry becaus i must back to work and i will not be here to play often like this...maybe evry 4 months or so...so i was in hurry to make more stronger and more canon slots...but then this happend today...if this not be solved i will quit to play...becaus i will not spend my time to thing dispire ..and olso my work..i plaed olmost all day and night...FOR???i supose evrithing is evdentired ..and i told you i ned only 61 more canons slots to buy..withaut vovi quest or somthing else,,,all is lvl 10..for canon slots...bufss...only for normal maps and they will hold from 62 to 256 days...ivonry and other decke are still here...so if you can help me if not i will stop wasting my and your time....(ps...2 weeks i em writhing with suport abaut mistakes with my ship..today i write becaus iu have reload time 2.3 sec..and my canons shoooting 4-5 sec..)after mininglees answer from suport i give them bad marks in coustumer suport brefing,how happy i em with them...if you can help me plase help...i play this with passion...but when my passion is cutting of or making me ashole i think i will pass and say good bay!!!GEMINI!!(morfheus,MaMaloSutra)!!!(didnt play any of bonus maps from sesons,they are all in bonus menu!!)i have picture before buying canon slots...from 4.01.2024..!!!!

Weapon Slots that you purchase with in-game currency cannot be lost as these are permanent.

40 weapon slots lost by you indicate that you had your sellsword level 2 and it ended.

As suggested by your fellow pirate please recheck your buffs - you must have lost some.

nope..i hade sellsword lvl 5 from seson quest..buffs what you mantion before didnt have...
