    Is this crew member only obtainable through buying packages? And if that is true, what does a player do to get him once they have bought all of the packages? I have not, but I did buy one small package, and I see it is now no longer available to me. So, they must all be only one-time buyable, which may be problematic for keeping this critical crew member.

    Most of the crew members can be found within the Glyph package, however Torpedo Operator can be only available through events or payment packages as for now.

    Am I correct in that all of the Atlantis packages (that cost money) are only one-time buyable?

    If a package do not display x/2 then it can be purchased only once per account.
