    everytime summon the genie he not there no 3 quest running or near island emailed support no response any ideas

    Ahoy Daggers!

    Please make sure that you summon Genie away from islands (as you already noted) but also away from the map change.

    If Genie spawn above / below / to the left / right the map change it will then appear on random coordinates within this map.

    Gennie cannot be used near guild island as well.
