How do I find Sparks

    My quest tells me to go to quest giver Sparks. I could not find him when I checked the Safe Heavens and the map. Trying to due a level 26 quest Thank you

    Sparks is in Atlantis. The free roaming one is for the event, the fixed one is for regular Atlantis quests.

    Ahoy!

    Your fellow pirate is correct. Sparks can be found within Atlantis, but also within the Vovoi map.

    If you state which quest exactly you have trouble with we should be able to resolve your issue.

    Level 26 Quest , first half gave crowns to Nicholas second half was to give operator Manuales to /Sparks

    Found it walk down memory lane is the quest

    Ahoy!

    This is not a level 26 quest but part of the Road to Atlantis quests (if you wish to just do your level up quests you can skip that one for now).

    Operating Manual Page can be obtained from the daily quest Missed Delivery which can be accepted at Nikolaos (SH-19).

    Here you can find the Road to Atlantis Questline 2 ->     Click!

    Quests for pirate level 25 - 26 -> Click!
    Quests for pirate level 26 - 27 -> Click!
