What happened to my Dodge Chance?

I spied myself at 64%, and normally it is 89%. I was not at my maximum hit points, but that shouldn't make a difference. As I was checking my pet and other items, I spied myself again and it was back to 89%. (In other words, I changed nothing). How can this be?

 

Different map? I know SH disables some things while you're in it. Also, I recall some items are only active in their 'region'. Totally guessing here.

 

No - I didn't change maps. But that is interesting about safe haven! I didn't know that. Like you, I know the ship speed can be higher if you have the trophy in the Fenghuang region.

Please be aware that all trophy bonuses works within every map 1 - 54.

It is only the required NPC kills / damage etc. that has to be done in certain map region.

You claim that your dodge chance dropped by 25% which is impossible - no dodge can be lost just by switching map for example.

You must have switched your ship preset or mixed your extension items therefore lowering the dodge bonus received.

Additionally please check your buffs as these can also lower your dodge chance (eg. 5% from Smoke Screen, 5% Companion of mercy and missing 15% due to change within your extension items).

Okay - thank you. I didn't know the trophy buffs were no longer confined to a certain area of effectiveness.

I had just logged in and did *not* change anything. I did not change maps, presets, or anything. I didn't have a buff expire either in that few minutes of time. It was strange. I am human and do make mistakes, but this wasn't one of them. It was weird. I'll just chalk it up as unexplained. You may close this thread.
