Atlantis Weirdness

Almost every time I go into Atlantis, none of the quest givers are visible. I need to log out/in after transporting there for them to be visible. It's been like this since I started going to Atlantis a couple of months ago.

While in Atlantis I occasionally lose my ability to repair. I'll be below full HP and the repair button is not highlighted and when I try to repair I get a message that I can't repair in this area (or region?). I need to either use a repair amulet or take some damage to trigger it to work again.

After I return to the surface and change from the Submarine preset to one of my surface ones, I almost always lose about half of my HP/VP. This wasn't always happening, it started a week or two ago. Note; I know my sub has lower values than my surface ship and I expect to need to repair when switching from the sub. This is not just that, the values go to about half of what the sub values were. I'll try and get some exact numbers if that will help.

The quest-giver issue is known to our game developers and should be resolved soon - as for now before you jump from from SH -> DH activate your submarine preset - this will resolve your issue.

You occasionally lose ability to repair by using repair button, which is caused by the breach effect of some NPCs (effect last even when breach goes away), however you can still repair by using your key bind (in my case R). This was also pointed out to the developers, we are awaiting a fix.

I never heard of any stats (apart from HP like you mentioned) being affected by switching your sub -> ship preset, if you can please provide us with as much information as possible it would be great!

I tried setting the Sub preset before going to Atlantis and that worked, I didn't have to logout. It looks like this is a workaround that works.

I almost always use the hot key for repairing vs clicking the repair button. Neither will start repairing once this problem happens. Even using an amulet doesn't make it work again. I need to shoot something else and take some damage to get the repair to work again.

I was fully repaired in the sub before going to the surface with 195 VP and 556 HP. I changed to one of my surface presets (I've tried them all and it's the same with all of them) and I immediately dropped to 85 VP and 296 HP. I hope this info helps.

A quick F.Y.I. on this topic: I have the same problems, and one other one. Right now I clicked on the "repair button", and it shows it is repairing, but it isn't....there is no increase in my hit points. It does this randomly, and I am not being shot at either. I would make a screenshot of it, but it wouldn't help. (It would need to be a video).
