    I have regular chest keys, event keys, and Atlantean keys. Why can I not open this chest?

    Ahoy The*Defiant!

    There are two kind of Atlantean chests:

    - Regular ones (brown)
    - Event ones (golden)

    Regular Chests require Atlantean Latchkey to be opened, Event Chests require the Great Key of Atlantis.

    You simply do not own any Latchkey to open this chest.

    Ahoy!

    Latchkey can be purchased every Happy Hour / Mega Happy Hour for the in-game currency (25 at a time).

    Great Key of Atlantis should be available within both payment section and the event market during some events that take place within the Atlantis.
