Support Leauge of capitans chest

i opened 2 dragon chest today , but i did not get the capitain from them !
btw in total i opened 3 dragon chest , only in one on them i get capitain.

Thanks for the help, I was a little confused because in the logbook I didn't see anything about the captains, only about the items.

Please be aware that Captains do not display within logbook.

Each Captain Chest always provide you with some items + 1 Captain.

(Please excuse this hijacking) ....I just had the same thing happen to me. No captain was received, but other items are in my logbook. There is no new captain in my list of captains either (and I even logged out and back in). All of my captains are Level 10, so I know I didn't miss a new one. I will write Support. (I do see why the OP was confused).

I've been informed that this "display" issue is caused by you (the player) opening the captain chest to fast, you should always press open and Claim on your captain to avoid further display issues.

Each and every Captain chests (doesn't matter which kind) always provide you with a Captain.

Since there is no further response from the OP, and Dream~Crusher, as stated, contacted Support I will close this thread.
