I do recommend gathering a group and doing a few maps. This is a good source of paper strips (guaranteed on a win) plus lots of additional stuff like ammo, torpedo and fortune cookies!

New quest? 2nd phase is not here yet (starts on 21st) so perhaps some users found a secret quest

Nope. other users have done same quests as me. So its not the secret quest.
The conclusion has to be the quest mechanism has broken again for the umpteenth event in a row. But the cover up being not listing the event quests ...as predicted...

If some players have this quest and some don't that clearly show there is a hidden (secret) requirement for such quest to appear.

It could be anything, event points, some items who knows.. who knows..

It's ok, I was like eh, whatever... I wasn't really offended by it to start a whole email chain with the support about the subject, I just play when I can. But it's always good if something is working as intended!

 

Add platos and solons as reward for admiral , no one shoots it and platos and solons are almost unobtainable for legit players

 

*Edit* cleared cache 6 times ,game still not loading ,reboot cp couple of times cleared cache again ,still not loading,last week took me an hour to get back on the map,this is crazy

Why i cannot put my bets in prediction?

All matches in upcoming, today's and past matches are dim and shadowy and

I opened two different event chests and got one gold each time. I shot the PVP Soul of Austria (without any other boats, just me) and received no rewards, nothing at all. The FAQs indicated there would be pearls, etc. What happened??? I'm not wasting ammo on this if I don't get anything for it.

 

Like many of the event s now you need to do the event quest to get the rewards from the event ships you need at least 1 event point

Predictions can be done only before the game starts, it is better to do them in the morning.

In order to receive any rewards from the event NPCs / event chests you need to own at least 1 event point.

The event points can be obtained from the event quests - please visit some event quest-givers located within the SH and do your first quest.

No event points = no rewards.

Where can I access the puzzle pieces I have collected on the game screen?

 

Event Ranking: Pirate Cup <country>Champion, what is time for, how do you get the ranking?

We shall currently disagree that the event quest mechanism may or may not be broken.
So after the event ends you can divulge the exact conditions for spawning this mythical secret quest.
I shall remind you in case you forget.

Click on 'The Pirate Champion' graphic under event ticker on the seachart.
Pieces will initially show as unlock, click them.
Green progress bar at top click on the 'tick' to redeem progress reward.

 

So, here we are a week in and the first phase almost done and I've only managed to get 2 puzzle pieces. Unless something changes with the drop rate of these, there is no possible way I'll ever come close to completing the puzzle. I may not even make it to the first prize drop. The patch day notes said they were increasing the drop rate, but I haven't got one piece since that announcement. This needs to change... a lot!

Only 2? You must have skipped shooting NPCs. Or perhaps you do spend most of your time within the Atlantis.

I am using as much time as possible on the surface and currently I am stuck at 86/216 pieces.

Did you use some of your free cursed souls to purchase the missing pieces?

Me spend time in Atlantis??? I spend the absolute minimum amount of time down there. Do the quests and I'm gone.

I've shot plenty of surface NCP, including some of the admirals (never enough to have most damage). I do only play an hour or two a day, but that should be enough to get more than 2 puzzle pieces.

What's the point of that? Those should be saved for getting the ones you can't get from the NCP. 80 cursed souls doesn't buy enough to even get me to the first prize tier at 15 pieces.

 

Same goes for me. I only got 4-5 pieces.Maybe Rymar spends 14 hours per day since getting 86 pieces?

 

Its seems 1-2 pieces an hour is the norm. But these are easy pieces. The drop rate is too low for a casual player to complete the Puzzle.
Even for a 10hr a day player it will be hard as there aren't enough 'trades' available per day.

Atlantis isn't that bad especially after the extension items were included within some events (-:

80 Cursed Souls would buy you about 30-35 Common Cards, which move you a bit forward.

The more Commons you have the higher chance to get a duplicate which can be later sold right?
