Atlantis logout into Main Ship - Cannons stuck in storage

Every time I leave Atlantis my Cannons and crew are totally stuck in storage.
- You can select them and slide them into position - but they spring back!
- If you click on them, you get 'Your Move' box with the green button to click - but to no avail!
They just stay where they are....

f5 does nothing - reload/refresh page does nothng...clearing the cache(s) a waste of time.

Loggin out of computer does nothing either, unless I turn it off and reboot my whole system.
and wait for 5 minutes before attempting to get back into the Game!!!
Any ideas?

Ahoy Carnage Queen!

You should not select and drop them into slots (like with quick access items on slots 0-9), you should open each and every active slot and select your torpedo that way.

Did not have a problem with Torpedoes - you have misunderstood...once I am out of Atlantis my cannons have become STUCK IN STORAGE with no way to move them other than getting out of game...waiting 5 mins or so then looging back in - what a bore that is

Oppsie, my bad.

I did had the same problem but simply closing the game (log out) and opening it again resolved my issue.

If that do not work on your end (please try again) could you please contact Support and describe your problem in the smallest details as possible?
