New Update Broke the Game

Since the update, I can't login to the client. I get this message (including the miss spelt "suspicious" ) :

Blocked
Sorry, your request is a suscipious threat to the website and blocked by the defense system.
Please contact the system administrator to whitelist your access if it is a false positive.
Your request id is
ac11000117238496243203341e86be

The request ID changes each time I try, but otherwise the message is the same.

Note: the Web Page 'Play' in the browser works, it's just the client that fails.

We experience some technical issue with the login page where some players are getting blocked message.

Our developers are working on a solution to this issue, please try to login once again in few hours.

If by that time you will be unable to login (blocked message continue) please contact Support providing them with the following details:

- Your server and user ID
- The country you are residing in
- URL you access the game with (copy the top bit from your browser)
- Request id that display in the error message, for example ac.19202102

I tried for a long time today, yet could not log in from the browser or the client. I cleared my browser's cache and uninstalled and reinstalled the client with no luck. I found where you (in a previous post) had asked about a way to reach forum during such problems and there apparently is none. So I sat and waited, and finally it worked. I'm so glad, because I wondered if my account had been accidentally closed and my days of playing were over.

For the future, how can I contact Support if I cant log in? (My apologies for butting in).
