Contacting Support.

How do I do this when I cannot log-in to the server? You mentioned this to another player, and it sounds like good advice, but how do I do that when I can't get on? Thank you.

Exact way how to do that has been pointed within the previous post.

Go to seafight.com and scroll to the bottom, click on Support -> Job done!

What am I missing? I ask this question for when a player cannot log-in via the browser version nor the client version....? (I tried both recently and got the "Blocked" message that pirate Bawdyn also got).

 

How are you getting into the forum? If it's by clicking the Forum link on the home page, then look just to the left and the support link is there. It's not on the sea, it's on the main site pages including the logbook page.

 

Yes - I know that. I guess I am failing to ask the simple question correctly: go back to when we couldn't log-in to the game the other day. You asked (in a previous posting) about how to post in Forum that you were having trouble when that happens. There was no answer that I could see. Then Rymar told us to email Support in such circumstances with our ID, our Server, etc. But *how* do we do that when we cannot log-in? That's my question.

1. Go to seafight.com
2. Scroll to the bottom
3. Click on Support​

Such option do not exist, you need to have an access to your account to be able to post.

Not sure what you mean? I was referring to the same thing you show in your post, the link you boxed in red, that is what I was talking about. It's on all of the pages of the main site (ie not the 'sea' page or client).

 

It finally sank in. Thank you very much. My apologies. Now I know for the future, which is why I asked. (And my thanks to pirate Bawdyn. I was not reading closely enough). P.S. It does require us to remember our ship id, though. That's not always easy.
