    QUEENVIXEN Forum Expert

    My quest is called Quell Power. Collect 12 An'liyu and 5 Ancient storm lanterns. In forum it says i can all of them from Hms Majestic , Royal Oak and Commonwealth. I was shooting them all day yesterday and got nothing. Am i hitting the right npcs or is the forum wrong. AGAIN.

    The forum is correct.

    These quest items can be obtained from NPCs mentioned in quest description - but the drop chance is very low.
