atlantis

hello all
i have a question. Actually i have many questions
i have never been interested in atlantis but last couple of days i wanted to start with a sub marine on one of my accounts
i have bought many submarines during events but now i am a bit confused
can someone guide me on some options
like what are the gems to equip for giving more dammage and receiving less from the ennemy
what parts to buy to equip my sub
i am not a $ player so most of the gems and subs i have are bought with in game currency
all help is welcome

Gems for subs are the standard ones:

- Damage
- Hit prob.
- Dodge
- Damage Prevention

Later on you can think of Critical damage or % to resistance from some breaches - HP gem - but for now just use this standard set.

Please be aware that you can't create the best submarine if you do not own a good ship - so don't focus just on one aspect of the game!

Try to do as many quests within the Atlantis as possible to unlock all sub special abilities, additionally pay attention on events, your goal is to obtain as many as possible of :

- Glyph of Atlantis (exchanged for in-game packages)
- Torpedo Guidance
- Mako Launchers (try to collect some upgrade recipes)
- Extra Valves
- Tinkering tools

my bad.i think I posted in your comment
so if I understand correctly
my main goal should be doing the quests? my submarine is very slow and only shoots 1 missile while others fire more missile with more dammage
what in game packages are the best to purchase?
is it worth investing in skills and castle for submarine because in my opinion they are very costly

 

If you do the quests you will earn more slots for torpedoes.

Correct, you should move up within your quests to obtain more torpedo slots which will allow you to fire more than 1 at once.

This will also unlock your Submarine special ability - stealth, decoy, exploit, sonar.

As of which pack would be best (for in-game currency - Glyphs), that depends on what you already own, but mainly:

- Undersea Chest - to obtain valuable extension items
- Undersea Trove - to obtain tinkering tools
- Undersea Cache - to obtain crew members​

I would skip on the gem bag package for now as you do get higher gems than the ones found within the bags by purchasing sub designs from events.
