if there is I haven't found it. The best numbers for safanads in my opinion is from events.
Each pirate level does increase the amount from sinking npc but not significantly - unfortunately alot of the time event currency wins seems to favour crowns. As with all P lvls as the amount icreases so does the targets.

    Ahoy Pirates!

You should visit maps 51 - 60, most of the NPCs found there provide you with 2 sets of rewards (pearls, crowns, safanad, yulong) so you have quite a good chance to obtain your desired safanad coins.

The daily quests for level 41+ give out safanad coins too. At least 100, with one at level 45 (or 46?) that gives 400.

    Ahoy piranhahunter!

If you need lots of Sanafad it would be better to gather few friends and hunt NPCs in 50/2 so you can spawn a Warmaster.

Warmaster / Obliterator can provide you with 4 - 6k Safanad per most damage, so it should be quite fast with few players helping ya.

If you play solo you can always use lamp, protection hourglass etc. and try on your own.

Other than that you've got regular NPCs (but that much slower), or upcoming events (maybe).
