Lost sail, and more...

Hi. A month or more back I had earned a 4th sail slot and 2 extra figurehead slots. Today they are gone - I had thought these were permanent additions to my ship. Also, when I logged in today, everything on my boat was in storage, and I do mean everything. Crew, officers, weapons, cannons, cores, pet, expansions - everything - and the aforementioned slots were missing. I had over 500 cannon slots yesterday, today it's 490 (that will change shortly as my Queen's Legacy is due to end about the time I post this). I loaded everything up on my ship again, but my boat is slower, and NPC's that barely hurt me before are doing substantial damage while I do not seem to be dealing as much due to the lesser cannon amount, and my amulets are not worth as much voodoo or hit points as they were before and take forever to refresh, and of course the sail and figurehead slots are missing. My rank and level haven't changed. I'm wondering what could have happened. Am I missing something here? Thank you!

Okay so, from the beginning.

- 4th Sail slot + figurehead slot is available only if you have Shipwright Schematic active on your ship (castle).
- Your stuff don't "disappear" from your boat, like cannons into storage etc.
- Weapon slot amount can be explained by buffs / castles not being in use (or you don't own them)
- Your amulets healing value (VP) can be explained by missing castle - not active

This all connects to your pre-set - perhaps you have created a new "empty" one recently?? (-:

Aha! You hit it on the head Rymar. Like I have told you before, I have been away from the game for a long time and am still getting up to speed, hence my question. It was indeed a preset issue, I didn't actually create one on purpose, I thought I was reloading my old one. I'm not a fan of the way it defaults when returning from Atlantis, but that was the issue. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction, all is now good! You may close.
