I have a question about the quests. After completing the last quest 500/500 with the Christmas memories, there is a daily quest, but is this quest only done once a day or is it every few hours? The other thing is, can they remove this big picture of the helpers, a big head is a big thing, it really interferes with the game

Okay, but isn't there an exact description of how often this quest refreshes? That's frivolous. It's about a quest, they should know how often they refresh and it should be told to everyone so we know, not just guesses. And for the second question....excuse me I remember writing, but I couldn't find it and decided to bother again Thank you

No, such information was not provided to us.

From my personal experience it seems that this quest reset twice a day - every 12 hours.

until know i have played over 20 times to try to get the second piece of the puzzle but nothing no piece ...and i wonder how many times i must try it the event goes to end and i will still try to get it....by the way the worst event i have ever played .....

Puzzle Piece can be obtained only from the Jar full of Candy.

Once you defeat a boss in wave 15 there is a chance for Jar full of Candy to appear, when you break such jar it will spawn multiple glitters in shape of gift boxes, gingerbread men and candy canes.

On of such glitters has a chance to provide you with a Puzzle Piece.

Hi Rymar, I don't know if I can ask here, but I had a Winter gift on the star, I opened it, but I didn't receive anything? Are you aware of this gift or is it another bug in the game, giving empty gifts
My logbook only says that I opened this Winter Gift and nothing else.

Same here , i just get one winter present from calendar and i open it but i got nothing !

There is a quest that wants 5 Eye of the Storm items from me? I tried all the ships and not one of them gave me one. Why don't they put a description in the quest itself, where to get each item that the quest requires, and we always have to ask and waste our time searching? In each quest there is some description, but not the most important thing, where to find the requested item or whatever it is???
I also wrote to support, but if anyone knows where they get them from, it would be good to tell me.

 

The FAQ says that you get it from the new NCP for stage 5. A chance if you do >2% damage to Black Toll Sovereign

hi all is there any skins in event chests and event glitters

 

The event is great, but we need tickets for the Kalytron map, Drsgons blinds

Yes, there is at least 1 skin within the glitters (found in map 1 - 60) that I am aware of.

Additionally you can obtain 3 more from Ice Floe, Event Chest and Candy Cane glitters found within the Winter Dungeon (Frozen Abyss ONLY).
