    unable to see a test from lvl 25 to 26 open quests and its blank, i did all the quests that were available and still nothing.
    also i cant purchase any medallions to the common wealth raid map. but i can purchase behemoth raid maps and im unable to go there due to lvl 25.

    Please be aware that the pirate test appear only for players who completed their daily quests by hand (can't be unlocked with captains league).

    Regarding the Commonwealth Raid medallion this was never sold within the market - these can be obtained only via events and a special quest (found in the middle of every SH at Richard Davis).
