can't get into map

    Can't get on water since last restart. Have cleared caches, closed and re-opened browser, etc. multiple times, no effect. When I click on "Play", the black screen comes up and says "logging in user", and it has been stuck there for almost 30 minutes. Can we get this fixed please?

    Ahoy Tergrinder!

    As per every restart you'll have to clear your browser cache, then login and give it few minutes to load.

    I would not use browser to play the game anyway, client is much much better and quicker.

    It is now 40 minutes and still can't get on the water. Is anybody there...?

    As stated above, I've done that many times. I don't usually have any trouble getting in - today something is not right.

    Tried downloading the client as you suggested, after it finished I tried to open it and it failed, said the fmmpg file(or something like that) didn't "execute". Then got a "program cannot execute" message. Bugs everywhere apparently.

    I am on the water using browser, so the problem is on your end not ours.

    Well, I have a great internet connection and can go to any other site with no problem, so I doubt that is correct. Thanks anyway, guess I just won't play today, ay?

    Have you tried a different browser? Which one are you using right now? I am on Chrome without any issues (was before and after restart on the game).

    I'm having the same issue when I try and log into server 40, USA East. It won't load the water page. When I switch my server on the home page to a different server I can get on the water fine. Don't know if Tergrinder is on 40 or not...

    If you do get Connection Lost or any other error -> Support

    I did login in all US servers using browser without any issue at all.

    Rymar, I am back on after staying logged out for a couple hours. Now it works, but that restart must have been a doozy. I had over 1000 Teleportation before the restart and now they are all gone. What gives???

    Items do not disappear from your account without a reason ^^.

    Please make sure that you are looking up the correct Action item category as since the last sync we do have them divided under three different buttons.

    If that's not the case then please contact Support.

    Aha! I did not see the third button, my Teleportation items are there (2908 of them!). I also saw no advance notice that this would happen, adding a third button and changing up the menus. Either my bad or SF's, but all good now. Thanks mate.
