30 minutes - thats the cooldown time for another trade.

Trades has nothing to do with the slot unlocking - completing the quest is the only option.

If your 3rd slot did not open that mean you did not complete all combinations.

OK, that's good to know it doesn't take hours to do more trades. I realize that the unlocking isn't related to the trades other than if there are no trades, you can't do the quests to do the unlocking.

Your info will help me finding a better strategy.

Well... its quite simple Collect as many colourful threads as you can and then do them all in one go.

Can you do more than one at a time? I haven't found a way to do it, but that would help.

We have thought about that scenario, which is why as of the 1st June, every account, immediately when logging into the game is given the following three items:

• Sharkfang Bay Key (access item to the Sharkfang Bay Map)
• Guildstone (access item to the Guild Maps for Events)
• Hunting Grounds (access item to the Capture the Chest map)

This means regardless of a players level, strength, or quest lines completed, they will always be able to access these maps.

Please, release another mini event and another group map and some more quests and let's go crazy!

 

How do we mix different threads? I have weaved blue, black, and red threads, but cannot get more than one thread to place in more than one of the three circles. (For example - I put a red thread into a circle, and the other remaining threads gray out).

In order to unlock the 2nd slot you need to complete all quests (combinations) for the 1st one.

So 1x Red quest, 1x Blue quest, 1 x Black quest = 2nd slot unlocked

Red+Blue, Red+Black, Blue+Black, Blue+Blue etc. to open the 3rd slot etc.

I carefully tracked the combinations yesterday. I found it would not let me do Blue+Black, but let me do Red+Black twice (diff quest each time) to finally open the third slot.

EDIT:
I've confirmed it.

The quest 'A New World II/VI' requires you to put Red and Black in the slots but it requires Blue and Black be delivered in to Hulder to complete it.

The quest 'A New World II/VI' requires you to put Red and Black in the slots and those are delivered to complete the quest.
