Bug Voucher code?

    So I go to shop and account setting try Voucher code and is not working! code for mini game.

    Your fellow pirate Slacker57xx is right, You may be typing in the wrong code as it seems to be working fine if a correct code is entered.

    argh, it must be a technical issue, been locked out of typing in voucher code for the past three mini games on my end, argh!

    ahoy, and just for the record i am also having the same issue as cptn. boastrike! cptn amber is part of SF team so his input is like rymars, to protect and deny all tech flaws regarding SF.

    Hello there Pirate,

    I would like to point out that as well as being a part of the SF team I am also and have been for many years a player like yourself, The code worked for me when I entered it on my ship, and having spoken to many players they have also successfully inputted the code for 24.8.25, please note that the codes must be correct (correct answers to the questions) for them to work and be inputted correctly with no spelling errors.

    I must also point out that being a part of the SF team I am not here to protect or deny any tech flaws within SF, In fact quite the opposite, If I find any errors within the game or if any are pointed out to me then I will check those errors personally within the game, gain as much information regarding such error and then forward it to the relevant party to address, This I can assure you.

    So please feel free to bring to my attention anything you feel may need addressing.

    well, the button would not even light up to enter a code it was dead for me. In the past you put a wrong code it would light up and say invalid code. So you know it did work I entered same code as before but then said code was expired but have by that time the useless event was over!

    This has been reviewed and everything works correctly, please make sure you follow these steps when entering vouchers:

    Press on the "box" and type in your voucher code. Once done press ENTER on your keyboard or ADD VOUCHER.

    Please note that if you keep typing the same code incorrectly several times you'll be set on a cooldown - which will require you to come back later and try again.

    Once your code has been entered a notification will display -
    RED means something went wrong! You either have incorrect voucher or this voucher already expired.

    If however,
    GREEN notification displayed you can check your rewards by going to your logbook.

    NOTE: Your box "Add Voucher" won't light up if you try to enter a voucher that is shorter than 4 characters - we DO NOT release such short voucher codes.

    CsabaiUral1974 was not a short code, All I know I got no red, green or blue bar until after when put that code in bar turned blue and got can not find code or expired.

    Voucher code feature works as intended and have been checked several times, you either entered incorrect code or redeemed your voucher and attempted to do it again.
