Level up

I started a new boat on the PvE server 1 Global, and I have done the quest and I'm not leveling up at all and I done all the quest, and I can't add cannons after opening slots or ribs Is there an issue with the server?, and I have done a quest and it saying report back to Alexandros for reward but nothing i dont get it

 

so the maps 1-5 you are forced to have only 10 cannons and barely anything else you wont be able to add all the stuff until you hit level 6 and get out of the equalized region hope this answers your question and for leveling up you'll have to just do the quests and figure that part out plus there is plenty of info in the Seafight bible

There is nothing wrong with your account, all players who sail within map 1 - 5 are now equal.

Thank you, Rymar, I appreciate it, but one issue is that i cant get passed Tally ho quest I do everything and when I go to Alexandros to turn it in nothing is there....it says i have no quest at this time...

Are you in map 2? That's the Alexandros you need to go to.

Is that the one with the glitter? If so then Shipwrecks appear once you collect the glitter.
