Maybe not the best of moves to ask people to shoot an admiral who spaws after 100 other admirals and only let it have 1,5b hp.
It is hard enough to reach it in time, let alone do some damage since it is a instant killer admi.

Please add more HP to it, make it like 10B or remove the instant kill zone, some are sunk before landing a shot, or see a safe bubble.

 

The NPCs are only giving XP as a reward

That's because you don't have any event quest done.

No event quest = No Rewards

This event completion is over for me before I even start playing it. The requirement to kill 25 players means I'm out. I probably haven't killed that many in the last couple of years total. I play PVE primarily and have no interest in PVP.

Don't give up pirate! I am a PvE player too (we are on the same server) and I can assure you that this task won't be of any issue, through 7 days thats just 7 player kills per day.

If I can do this with my boat so can you!

It's not that I can't, it's that I don't want to attack other players.

 

Where does Jormungandr spawn, just random maps?

Jormungandr appear in a random map once the Admiral Rage is full.

Admiral Rage is a special "bar" which display the amount of NPCs needed to spawn yet another NPC.

Go to the event menu and find an Admiral Rage that display the "rage" for Jormungandr as shown below:

Once within the event menu use slider to find the specific one, to find out which NPC this "rage" belongs to point your mouse over ? symbol:

So now you can see that it take us 100 Typhoons to spawn a Jormungandr.

I do recommend running our Announcement / Loot log on the water so you can see all Admirals spawning (maps) including the event ones, you can open this log window by going to Chat -> Announcements:

This log window will display all sort of Admirals / Event Admirals that spawn near your location (note: some admirals display their notifications in all maps).

I personally use this window all the time, so I won't loose track of any admirals ^^

My event completion says FIFTY players! No way i will be able to do this. SF apparently wants to break the streaks. I have accomplished every event so far, but this really looks bad!

Typhon kills me instantly upon attacking it. How to get 100 million damage...?

 

When it does its special attack, you must get into a safe zone (green circle) which spawn moments before it attacks

That happens when Typhon is in his "killing mode", when fighting one take a look at the top of your screen, right before Typhons mood reaches "the boiling point" he will send a warning.

Then once warning display several safe zones will appear (green circle) - if you sail into that circle you'll be fine. Standing outside of the circle will result in being sunk within one hit.

My big boat has over 773,000 battle points, but that said, I hear you brother. I don't like having PvP as a requirement for the "event completion" part, either.

Another question: The group map healer, tank, damage dealer - please outline each role's "duty" - i.e. how to heal others, what does the tank do, etc.? Thank you, Rymar!

 

Hello there Pirate,

When the box appears to choose your role, if you hover your cursor over each of the choices a box will appear which will give you the information for each role.
