Hit Probability (Atlantis).

1) The maximum hit probability is supposed to be 194.7%, although I know the tables may be behind. I just saw a player who had a hit probability that was a bit over 221%. Has anything new come out since the table was created? I don't know what I am missing.

Please note that the maximum value tables within Atlantis do not include launcher statistics, as these can vary so much from player to player depending on configurations of launchers selected and tinkering options, Compiling a list of all the combinations and variations would be an almost impossible task.

This will be the reason for your observations.

If I understand your answer correctly, you are saying the higher hit probability is from tinkering? (I say this because I know none of the launchers have "main attributes" relating to "hit probability").

Yes that is correct, As we have previously discussed at great length the attributes and effects gained from tinkering launchers, which as we previously established can increase your hit probability, which in itself is not included within the maximum value tables as the permutations are endless, This is the answer to your question.
