what is the hacksilver currency for ?

 

Someone said earlier that you get Pirate Glory from the volcano. I finally had a chance to play there, sank two 800 million HP NPCs myself plus assisted on 3 others, received no Pirate Glory - ZERO. Tried to shoot the volcano but that seems to be impossible/not allowed. So HOW do you get Pirate Glory?? There are 5 Level 5 Thunderbolts available if you have PG, it would be nice to have a defined path to the goal, although based on all the other pirates' comments on here, SF isn't really interested in clarity (same bogus nonsense we have seen so many times before...).

BTW, during the event that preceded this one, I purchased some upgrade recipes for level 5 Thunderbolts, however, there is no option to craft level 5s, it only goes up to level 4 crafting of Thunderbolts - why?

Yes, I hear your frustration. I had enough "Big Points" and "Pirate Glories" to get the 5 level 5 thunderbolts, but wanted to make some more PGs to replenish what I spent. I believe they said you just have a "chance" to win them, but that tells us nothing.

I wanted to mention to you that I also received 10 level 4 thunderbolts in with my "event completion" rewards. I'm not sure how, because they weren't listed in the completion reward list.

 

I know it is late in this event, but how do we complete the "Darkness Roaming" quest in the Dungeon, where is states: "Successfully finish 1x Abyss of Shadows"??? What constitutes "completion" in an unending map?

 

Completion = kill the boss on the first level, go through the portal to the next level (not the exit portal) and then exit from the second level via the exit portal.

 

I just found this out, and came back to delete my post, and saw your reply. Thanks, mate! [I made it to the 6th Level, and I took this screenshot, but it took me a long time. I wish they listed (at least) the first 10 levels out for us. Plus - it seems like you may get different bosses on different runs].

P.S. Have you had trouble with clicking spots on the Dungeon map, and your ship doesn't move?

Thanks Defiant. I am at 98% completion and plan to finish this morning. I just wish I could get the PG for those level 5s.

Hacksilver will be available in the future, this currency must be related to ROK... hmmmm...

Pirate Glory can be obtained from the Volcano NPCs, however as stated before there is only a CHANCE to get it, you may hit 1 NPC and get some, you may hit 100 and get none, everything depends on your luck.

Regarding the recipes these will be available to be used in the near future
