Hello there , I just started the game couple of months now and in the beggining i was seeing at the shop some starter kits named (if i remember correctly) waves of war , ghost ship's haul , corsair's conquest and some other i dont remember. As i recall there was not an event going on which means these werent event packages ... my point is now i can not seem to find these packages on shop anymore are the taken off or what? Though i dont know , back then i was 10 maybe 15 level now im 31 if it matters probably. Thanks in advance!

Please be aware that starter packages are available only to new users and only until they are considered "a newbie" by the game.

Once you exceed certain limit of EXP, Cannons, Level etc. you won't see these packages within the shop.

Ohh i slowly came to that realisation..Thanks for clarifying it though i had to know. Also i want to ask (because i didnt understand very well) about the rift ingame , about the daily missions that gives you the pass to enter the rift about that is there a limit for example my level if im to high lets say 56 or 60 can i also do them to get that pass for rift entry or there is a level cap that i can do these missions? thanks in advance rymar !!

Rift is available for all players starting from level 1 - 60.

The Rift Emblems, which allow you to access rift, can be obtained through payment or a set of 3 daily quests.

These quests differs depending on the level you are currently at. Just as an example, on lower level you'll be required to defeat Rosa Marie NPC but on lvl 35 you'll be asked to defeat 3 Hawkeye and 3 Renown II (that is the hardest quest for these emblems).

As you can see these are not that hard so there's nothing to worry about when it comes to Rift.
