You can do 1x Daily quest and 1x Secret quest every 24 hours.
So 2 quests every 24 hours? Thats what you say,Rymar.

I don't know why they can't be straightforward with these quests. We have to constantly figure out these things. I suspect there is a big shortage of manpower, due to a limited budget, lack of caring about Seafight, or both. Otherwise, someone would give us (1) "a list of quests" for each event (like in the distant past), and (2) give them in the order they are to be completed, so that we could each plan out how to reach our "event completion" goal, based on how much time we have to play each day. Telling us that the goal is "merely optional" is dumb. I was at 92% completion after 36 hours. Now, everything just drags out.

 

I took cargos and went to safe habour.There you can see if theres a new quest. But only this way. One,two cargos or maybe 200..who knows.

 

Given Rymer's hint and the various 'states' I had been in that hadn't triggered it, I took a guess at what it might be and it worked.

In this case the secret quest is living up to it's name. I don't really mind that, particularly since you can complete the event with out it... just barely. My problem is that the FAQ was wrong about all the quests being on the surface and that the daily only appears after you do the 13 total. So, I missed the Atlantis ones for the first day or so and needed the secret quest to complete the event (not completed yet, but now achievable).

I have confirmed that the secret quest is daily and that you need to meet the requirements (that I posted earlier) again to get it.

Did you do the "secret quest"? You can do it once in every 24-hour period.
