Battlepoint

I have a question. Yesterday I found the marauder sword and walked around making Battlepoints until I reached the maximum of 5k battlepoints and lost the sword.
I had the impression that those battlepoints I made while I had the sword would be added to my Battlepoints once the BP reset.
Well it didnt go exactly that way, I only got 3k Battlepoints credited my way.
Is that correct? We only get 3k instead of 5k?

While I am at it, another question, whenever you lose the sword, does it reappear on that same map you lost it or is it random?

If you in fact exceeded the limit of 5 000 Battle Points while holding the Marauder Item then you should receive full 5 000 Battle Points on the next morning restart.

If you received just 3 000 that mean you did not meet the requirement for 5 000 points.

Marauder Action item, once dropped, spawn in a random map - you can see where by holding your mouse over the event ticker.

I am positive I reached 5k points. Because the count disappeared and I lost the sword in the moment I got the kill for the 5k BP. So I guess I am missing 2k BP in my account.
Where can I address this problem?

You can contact Support if you wish for your account to be reviewed, but as stated before if you in fact reached above 5 000 BPs then you'd be rewarded 5 000 Battlepoints.

The Marauder event works as intneded as I take a part in this one too and my additional BPs income is equal to the "step unlocked".
