Atlantis extensions

refitted hull, other extensions, I have grade 4 and 5, have level 5 and 6 recipes. How do you do this, upgrade that is? I can't find a place to do it. I can tinker the launchers, but I see nothing for upgrading extensions

 

Hello there Pirate,

If you go into your crafting workshop whilst within the Nautica area (safe haven recommended), This is the same place you use to upgrade regular cannons etc.

Click on the expansions icon at the top then use the drop down menu.
Not only will you find regular expansions here such as ribs, ravens etc. you will also find your Atlantis expansions, Here you can upgrade such items providing you have the correct materials required.

Thank you, I see it now. Why is this same screen not visible in the sub's menu, where it would make the most sense? The only screen upgrade menu showing is for launchers and drives if the submarine is active. I have to have my ship active to upgrade my sub extensions. Am I doing something wrong...? Thanks

No, you are doing nothing wrong, this is how it is designed, You should be able to upgrade any extensions provided you have the correct components required.
