Hello Rymar, my question:

Cunning as a Snake quest, I have did 2 times now and failed!

In the Quest box, after shooting the 3 drakker in devine haven (I think the name of ships) and the quest says Do Not kill Loki- I did not kill him - yet my quest was not complete. The box still showed Loki - 0

So I did what any pirate should do - I killed him so Quest box would show Loki - 1.

What do I need to do to finish this quest. I only play so long a day, I don't have the time to always go through the forum to find hints or answers to my dilemmas. This is very frustrating for the players. I hope you note this and send it to the aboves.

Help please, thank you.

Which god partner are you following?

When inquiring about a specific quest always provide us with the server and user ID so we can check your quest log and provide more accurate answer.

You should be able to leave Koli sailing around, do the NPCs and then continue with what your quest "told you" to do.

In order to complete this part of the quest you have to visit the Shadow Figure and use some of your Divine Offerings to purchase buffs for Njord.

Hello Rymar, I am following Loki, my ID: 40/41860943

Quest is: Cunning as a Snake

The quest at the end says Do Not Kill Loki
Then says
Loki - 0/1

So I could not figure out where to go next because Loki in Devine Haven is my only quest giver and my quest was not completed except that Loki ship floating around, so I sank him 2 times when I thought it would end the quests (I have completed it 2 times, I thought). My result after sinking him in devine haven, I got You Have Failed. So where do I go after I do all the items above that (there are like 5 or 6 things I have to do before the Do Not sink Loki). Loki is really getting to me at this point.

Your quest looks like this:

In order to complete this quest you have to defeat all NPCs + deal damage to Dreki, then upgrade your Loki 2 times (unless you already had it done before the quest was accepted), and sail to Divine Haven.

As soon as you jump in Divine Haven 4 NPCs appear next to you, 3x Drakkar and 1x Koli.

Your task is to defeat Drakkar and spare Koli.

Note: If you spawn next to an island (when jumpting to Divine Haven) your Drakkars may scatter around the map - you need to find them and destroy all three.

Once done you'll be able to redeem your quest at Koli and proceed further within your ROK quest line.

Note 2: Koli will be sailing around (and Drakkars too) for as long as you play - once you logout you need to restart the quest.

ROK provide us with a lot things to update, these need to be collected by us, moderators, manually - yup I have to do them all in my free time to gather information, that's why everything is moving forward slowly. If you'll have any further problems with your quest please respond to us as quickly as possible.

When I sank the 3 Drakkars, and left Loki floating and tried to turn in the quest, the button was grayed out. The game did not let me complete the quest. I have done the quest two times and followed the directions on the quest line. That is where I am having a problem at the very end a grayed out button (and the quest has Loki last like this: Do not sink Loki, the under that is: Loki - 0/1 so I went ahead and sank Loki 2 times trying to complete my quest.

If a quest state DO NOT sink, then you do not sink that NPC.

Open yourself the quest log window - do not use the quest menu, and you'll see what exactly have to be done step by step.

I have done this quest twice now without any issues.

Why would you leave the Divine Haven? o.0

Open your quest log window and follow instructions written there.

Is there an Aura of Protection on the ROK map? Which God will help you pass the 1st stage faster with a minimum number of cannons and no gems? Thanks for the answers.

 

Hello there Pirate,

Odin's spare eyes you will be able to collect by shooting the Npc's also required within that same quest, This is almost always the way when it comes to collecting special items for quests unless stated otherwise.

Yes you can use regular protection Aura's within the ROK maps, There is also an option to trade for some addition Aura at the trader found in Divine Haven.

Regarding the second question you ask, From personal experience and from information gathered from other players I would recommend using the God Freya for the first stage of ROK.

How do I get to the ROK maps?
And why should I play in them or gain ROK items?

 

Lava harpoons are amazing at 2000 damage vs Damask harpoons at 1200 damage.

Apologies for not answering you sooner, in order to go into ROK you have to complete a first quest found within the SH-4 at Ajax.

He will provide you with a special item called Ragna's Rock which will allow you to visit Divine Haven where ROK quest-givers can be found.

Once you pass the very first quests you'll gain access to ROK-1 and as you progress further within the quest line further maps will be unlocked.

Lava Harpoons are indeed super strong, these can be also used within regular waters
