    Hello there Pirate,

    You are right, the option to craft Level 6 Thunderbolt cannons is not yet available.
    Yes the cannons have been released so I am quite sure that this option will very soon become available, Keep an eye on upcoming announcements and patch notes.
    Unfortunately no further information regarding this is available at this time.
    In the meantime keep collecting the upgrade recipes to take full advantage of this option as soon as it becomes available.
