What is this Effect within Seafight?

    So myself and a few other players were shooting this event npc. Apparently, the red ship (see below) was using confetti ammo. The weird part is that he was constantly getting repped while shooting, and nobody was shooting him with rep ammo. In this screenshot, you can see one of these "reps" in green numbers. These were not amulets. Has something new been added recently that I am unaware of? Thank you.

    Hello there Pirate,

    What you see here is the use of 'On reflection' master skill, This skill works similar to 'Voodoo hoodoo'
    On reflection will deflect some damage and return it to H.P. , Voodoo hoodoo works the same but with voodoo points.
