i have a code but it is not taking any code in the shop ???

    Hello there Pirate,

    The e-mail codes must be entered exactly as they are typed, so any characters that are in caps must be entered the same, including any other characters (E.g. 1234-ABCD)

    *Edit* i have tryd right server right ship it just dos not do any thing at all if i put say random code dos but not a cod so im not shure Y it dos nothing with good one

    If you are logged onto the correct account (the same user ID mentioned within the Newsletter email) then please see if you did not use a "space" at the front or end of your voucher.

    Please be aware that the * symbol is NOT a part of the voucher code.
