Treasure Chest doubler

Forums told me where and how to find it and relatively what it does (next 10 chests get doubled?)
but - where can I find this ...doubler ?
> not with crew nor assisstants how can I know how many I have left?

Hello there Pirate,

The treasure chest doubler item can be found within the current event section of the market.

​

Each treasure chest doubler lasts a full 24 hours.
Upon acquiring the item you will see it displayed in your status box and how many remaining days you have.

​

The Item will double the loot you gain from chests found on the seachart for example, if you pick up a chest that contains 2000 flares, you will receive 4000 flares whilst you have this item active.

I hope this clears up your query regarding the chest doubler item.

how do I find my status box?? (I'll feel daft later)

 

1) On your Seachart, click the upper right button at the top (labeled "Options") and then click on "Start Configurator" (see below).



2) When the "Configuration Menu" pops up, take your mouse and put the cursor over (but don't click it) the section labeled "Reset" - "Status Display". You will see that part of your Seachart flash on and off, which is where it is. Mine happens to be in the upper left hand corner where I keep it. There is a small white button (circled) that you can move to resize your icons. When you have the doubler or other buffs active, they show up there. I hope this helps you! P.S. If you don't see the box with your buffs, then *do* click "Reset" - "Status Display" to locate where it is on your Seachart.
