    In the Presets Setting of Ship Overview, how do I edit the titles I had created?
    > it states that I can change the presets as often as I like... but I'm stuck with outdated titles I gave years ago.

    Double-click on the name and then you can edit it.

    Ahoy Pagan_Spirit!

    Your fellow pirate is correct, in order to change your preset name you have to double click on it, type your name (how you want to name it) and confirm your change with Enter.
