opening options -windows

I am unsure where this issue stems from, perhaps I can get advice from ppl here rather than bothering support.
Either it's my crap internet connection acting up or I've got some issue which could be solved easily. Clearing cache and deleting cookies does not fix it.

Sometimes (such as now) I open my playable game window (browser) and can not open specific sub option windows /popups (quests, shop, options), while some can be opened! (ship overview / crew)

This is very bothersome. so.... any tips?

Please clear your browser cookies, close your browser and reopen it again.

After that please try to login.

You should try our game client, it is much better than browser and do not require cookies clearing as it is done for you automatically.

I've tried it a couple of times, but the sizes of the in-game options are extremely out of proportion. couldnt figure it out ultimately (and then the darn pictures didnt upload to the thread I created to ask about it.....)
--> long story short; I got my answer with cache, cookies AND restarting the browser. that did it. --may be closed.
