Can someone clarify where Spectral Powder, Damned Magnusson, Haunted Gracewind are found? Are they only in the guild map?

Hey Mr.B I created a guild and jumped into guild map, then I summoned one

 

I have a hook that spawns a Phantom Nautilus but that NCP is not mentioned in the FAQ. Any idea what it is?

As pointed by your fellow pirate, in order to find these NPCs you need to summon them by using Hooks.

Hook action item can be used only within the guild map (which can be accessed by using the Guild Stone).

Hooks never should be available within ROK - this was simply a mistake which was already corrected.

This hook summon Rotting Mariner NPC.

I just created my own guild but now I can't use any of the hooks. I tried in several different maps.

 

hooks disappearing before being killed
sail away leave to repair , npc has dissappered!

use guildstone to enter your guild map, then use the hooks

Thanks Rymar, I've started my own guild now too and it's working.

Maybe another idea to be able to exchange radiant souls for cursed souls in the shop?

And so I just keep on sawing

Your fellow pirate is correct, in order to use the Hook action item you need to be within the guild map (press on the Guildstone found under Use misc. items)

I need more cursed than radiant ones to buy something in the store.

Cursed souls can be easily obtained from all Hook NPCs (the ones you can summon within the guild map).

Personally I've collected for 30 000 so far by shooting NPCs myself.

The obstacle to event completion on this event is turning out to be the Evil Dead Skulls. They are very rare. Maybe they could bump the odds up a bit?

Skulls are not very rare at all.

The event require you to spend your skulls before you can acquire new ones.

So you need to defeat 15-20 NPCs then go to event market spend your skulls and start shooting NPCs again.

Once a limit is reached you won't receive them from NPCs anymore.

I must admit this event is quite easy to finish and it allow you to make event points / pearls etc. without being sunk and looking on your screen all the time

I didn't know about the limit, so I wondered why I stopped getting them. I'll spend some and see how it goes. Thanks.

 

My game keeps stopping, I can't move, or do anything. Totally a bore. I removed and down loaded a new Client. Still have the same problem.

Is there a way to see how many Evil Dead Skulls one has accumulated?

You can check how many skulls you've got by going to Ship Overview -> Depot and typing "skull" in the filter.
