    Please follow your quest, at one part the quest will tell you to sail onto Divine Haven - this is where Koli can be found (he spawns right next to you).

    If you have logged out, you'll have to cancel and redo your quest once again.

    Please be aware that 99% of the quest items can be obtained from the NPCs mentioned within such quest and / or a daily quest.

    Hey a quick question. A quest named Ripple Effect i need to sail to map rok-5, collect 15 chests, kill 5 surtr spawn, 5 ellida, 5 eikthyrnir and Deliver 4 pirate booty to koli. Soo before i start quest i see i already have 2 pirate booty and now i need 2 more i killed like x20 of all npc and monter but didnt got any of this pirate booty, soo how i can get it ? i know like over 90% of quest items obtained by quest requested NPC but i sunked at least 40 total NPC from quest and no item obtained.

    Such item can be obtained from the daily quest, you can't loot it from an NPC / monster.
