Cannot use captains for Bonus Maps

    Ahoy!

    I am trying to advance on my trophies. But when I try to send captains in bonus maps, they seem grayed out, even though I havent sent them in any mission. How can I fix that?

    Hello there Pirate,

    Can you elaborate and give us some more detail as to your issue here, Are your captains 'greyed out' ? or your bonus maps?

    do you have captains that can carry out bonus map tasks? can you send captains for missions or quests ok?

    have you any tasks complete that need redeeming?

    maybe a screenshot of your issue will enlighten us to your particular problem here.

    i have to agree with him when we had that 1 event that we used our captains some of mine been greyed out as well .

    Thank you for your patience, unfortunately I couldn't get back to you any sooner due to work.

    I have moved your post to the correct forum section - technical issue.

    I also found the source of your problem and resolved it for you.

    Please take a closer look at your Captain Ruby Saltwood.

    As you can see she display as "blocked" and you do not have an active quests / rewards to be redeemed.

    The source for your issue can be found within the Captain Quarters.

    Do you see the difference between these two Captains of yours? Yup the STAR symbol!

    This symbol is a part of selection system used during Pirate Showdown event - if you add a Captain to your Pirate Showdown Champions Team he/she will become blocked as her main task would be to assist you within such tournament.

    To resolve this simply press on the STAR icon - this will enable your Ruby Saltwood to move forward with her tasks.
