1) What is this "Sail to Win" ranking? It appears to be the low times of the "Cannonball Run" challenge. If so, how can we already be in "phase 4", with the event just starting on Wednesday?

2) In choosing a nation's flag to sail under, are we supposed to just randomly pick one, or pick the nation we think will win the World Cup? (Or does it even matter)?

 

1) looking at how many phases there are in total for this it looks like each phase is every 6 hours.

 

The drop rate for puzzle pieces from boarding is too low!

 

Shoot to Loot ticket price ? Should´nt it reset ?
Feels like paper strips is to hard to get if not.

15 - that's how many quest you could do on day 1 of the event. Perhaps the 16th quest is a secret one and we still need to uncover it

This ranking resets every 6 hours, so there are 4 phases within 1 day.

As far as we are aware World Cup has nothing to do with your flag selection - so you can pick the country you want.

Each time you kill an NPC you'll add additional points to your "Team" and all players who has taken the same flag also score points for the same "Team".

The event just started, not everything can be gained on day 1, please be patient and remember to use your trades.

In most cases group map / mini games resets exactly 24h from the moment of your first / last entry.

I do not play as much as I used to due to several things, yet so far I managed to collect:

- 17 Puzzle Pieces
- 21/48 ship designs

For the 1st day of the event - just a few hours of gameplay - I do believe it is quite okay outcome, so yeah you can get them.

Please remember that the event run for 40 days, there's plenty of time to loot puzzles / trade them etc.

We live in a world where everyone want everything right here, right now. Some things simply takes time.

Don't give up and keep moving forward, thats how winning is done!

For the predictions, the FAQs say - If your prediction comes true and you win the prediction, you will receive double the amount of Forecast Chip. However, if you lose, you will lose the amount of Forecast Chip you predicted. What happens if the teams tie?

As far as I am aware... you have three options to bet on - Win for Team A, Win for Team B or Tie.

If you bet on Tie and actual Tie takes place you guessed correctly - you win.

Good morning as i see from first matches prediction i got some rewards, but what is this one You received 1 x Grand Slam. And second question is how Fortune Teller rank works is it for this Predictions ? Is it for Predictions.

 

Did the daily quests not reset? I can't find anything today except for the cannonball sink, I mean run.

 

Ciara Murray (on the surface) and Wretched Winifred (in Atlantis) had 7 quests total between them.

Also - the developers should fix this problem with players getting credit for completing maps where they just "sit still". We have a player on my server with 3 boats (or they appear to belong to the same person - they all have a variation of the same name). He/she was in my "Shoot for Loot" map, and he didn't sail until wave 5, yet got full credit. The person is a highly-ranked player, and he is simply "gaming the system". This type of gameplay defeats the intent of these maps to involve "teamwork". If this isn't going to be fixed, just let us do these maps solo!

 

Surprise suprise the FAQ is wrong, you must board the country NPC's to have a very small chance of getting a puzzle piece, or the design.
Sinking them also gives chance of design.
Shooting Blitz or Clausura gives small chance of puzzle piece.

Edit: just received an epic from sinking a country npc so either they have made a change or the odds are very small ie 1/1000

I got 2 puzzle pieces on the first day of the event, none on the second. Here's hoping I get more today. The odds are way way too low!

 

Under Quest givers in the Seafight Bible, there is no silhouette that matches this one. This guy has a fur on, there is no quest giver wearing a fur and the hair/hat shape matches no one. Same with the ship shape - it has only one sail, which narrows it down a lot as only a few boats appear that way, but none on the ship design section matches this one you have given. I have looked at every one of them. What am I missing here? Is it located somewhere else in the SF Bible? Thanks
