A Buff with a Snakelike Staff.

    I suddenly saw it in my list of buffs. It was purple in color, had the number "6" under it, and when I put my cursor over it, it again showed the number "6", but had no description. I've never seen it before. I tried to make a screenshot of it, but I had to log out and back in, and it was gone. It didn't show in my booster list. Was this just a glitch? Thank you.

    Ahoy The*Defiant!

    The "buff" you describe is not a buff at all. The "purple serpent" (most likely) is an indicator used within the Kraken Map (when kraken is hidden from player view).
