Use the Treasure Tracker once - it will tell you what map you have to be in after the first use.

Go to the map mentioned in the message displayed.

Once within this map use the Treasure Tracker item again - this time you'll get a number of coordinates.

Lets say you are at 30 AA and it told ya "20 coordinates" that mean you are 20 coordinates away (in any direction) from the hidden treasure.

Move your ship a bit in any direction and use your Treasure Tracker again - if coordinate number dropped that mean you are going in the right direction, if it increased to lets say 26 coordinates that mean you went in wrong direction.

I'm just glad they changed the spawn rate for the Pitchcrawler, playing on a PvE it took forever.

 

The Paul/Paulina ships seem scarce. I have only come across one (not in ROK) so far. Is there any tips on how to find them?

 

Hey Mr.B i had to go into RoK map 1 and I had some luck there, even tho I hate it

 

I had heard that was where they were, but then found one in map 48/2. so I've hopes I can get them with out going to ROK. But it's the only one I've seen.

 

I'm still trying to find one when it has spawned. Right now, the counter for it hasn't even moved "1".

I shot one in the Rok map. It took a long time, considering the small number of lava cannons that I have.

 

why i loose the buff of game win prediction?i had 4 days and i lost it,happened more than once

 

You had level 4 buff, max time is 24hrs, it resets every time you win.

Use treasure tracker under action items
sail to that map
use tracker again, I first use it in a corner, it tells you how far away drop item is, item only appears when close to it eg 2 units.

I do recommend starting ROK (just access to ROK-1 is enough) and do them within ROK-1 map, much faster and easier.

It would be best to team-up with a friend to defeat them even quicker

Paul / Pauline appear on normal maps on rare occasions.

You can't have more than 24 hours of this buff. You can only increase its stack limit.

Each game won (correct bet) increase your buff duration back up to 24 hours and adds +1 stack limit (which increase buff % damage), max up to "4".

Yes Mr.D, I saw one in 45/1 but it didn't last long, went to RoK 1 and started shooting them but it took 4ever with 150 lava cannons what a pain lol be safe Happy 250 my brother

That was from the first quest line of this event. The places where you made your choice are now renamed for the second quest line; Choose Real Maraud or Choose FC Arrrsenal. Maybe it will still work if you go to one of these and pick it.

Once this quest is accepted two quest givers become available, one offering you "take a bribe" and other other one with "dont take a bribe", both of these (Oswald and Lancaster) can be found within every SH.

I used a 3-hour durable aura last night, and the Pitchcrawler counter only got up to "3". (I hope it moves faster in the days ahead, or I'm in trouble). So, I instead shot 17 more of the 20 Rok npcs, and that was a task! I had already shot one previously, so two more to go.

Happy "250th" 4th of July to my pirate-in-arms brothers, ₣Ɽł₳Ɽ₮Ʉ₵₭ (-PUSAT-) and Bawdyn! You guys make this game fun!

The Clausura Npc now carries a small chance to spawn the Pitchcrawler upon defeat.
This I can confirm as I saw one spawn myself recently when the counter was only on 4, so keep an eye on the announcements when your sailing in Atlantis, You may get lucky!

Hey buddy - I have one more question. I thought you and -PUSAT- were either the same person, or closely related. (You both always call me "Mr. D."). Are you not related? I thought I'd ask, just to clarify.

 

The problem with the "extremely-slow" spawning counter for the Pitchcrawler: it takes 5 DSV Clausura npcs to generate it. But that admiral only is triggered from shooting the Little Kickbeard and DSV Apertura npcs. Nobody is shooting them, since they aren't needed any longer for quests. Players only want to shoot the country submarines to get the designs, etc. Someone should change the DSV Clausura npc's spawning to include these country npcs too!
