    I don't get any announcements for the Goalbiter. I've watched the Rage ticker go from 39 back to zero so many times and do not see any announcement for it. The one time I have seen it, I was only one map away from it. How small is the announcement range?

    You must be on the water - not in SH - in order to be able to see such notification.

    The annoucement range is not small at all.
