Well, it's happened to me multiple times over the past few months. Thanks for the response, I'll ask support if it continues.

 

I wanted to make one final comment on this event. As I have said before, I have more time to mess with this game than many do. And it can be addictive. I played like crazy, and managed to finish the puzzle <--(I'm surprised), about one day before the end. The rewards were really nice: a lot of Bloodfyre ammo, Lava ammo, Lava harpoons <--(wow!), and Glyphs of Atlantis, to name a few. I resent having to play the Rok region, but if we have to for future events, then these Rok assets will help. I hate it that my buddies (and other players, some likely new) probably didn't have the good fortune I had. I want everyone to have a reasonable chance at the goodies, and not just the extreme players. Sometimes we hear things like "puzzle completion" is optional, or the "event completion" is optional. My answer to that is: why do we have it, if only a small percentage of players can do it <--(i.e., completing the puzzle)? (I remind you that playing Seafight is also "optional". There are a lot of other games worthy of investigating). Side note: I hate these Sigma deals, and trying to complete events when they are in play, and then "Marauder's Days" comes along, which compounds the problem. I got hit by one player for around 575k in one volley, and I had over 115% dodge! That's crazy - and yes - I can get the dodge even higher than that, but to what end? Anyway, I did enjoy playing the event, although it was frustrating at times. I think the moderators try hard to keep us informed, but somehow, the planning and communication from the top of the pyramid needs to get better. Maybe this event deserved a better rating than I gave it. I do wonder what others think about it, now that we are here at the "finish line". Thank you.

Please note that the event always run within the LST (Local Server Time).

I wasn't able to complete the puzzle, but I'm still happy with all the items I managed to collect. I'm currently working hard

on the Rok cards—it's quite a challenge, but I'll get there.
