    It has been a long time since I last played, maybe 10 or more years. it used to have 10 decks you could get under the ship and the cannons were 50 pounder, 55 pounder, 60 pounder and voodoo cannons. They were the latest.

    How expensive is the game now? If you started a new account how much would you have to spend to be competitive and are the servers dead or still fairly active?

    Hello there Pirate,
    There has been a number of new cannons introduced since you last played, strong cannons currently to build up would be overlord and thunderbolt cannons, there is also the newly released steambrass and deathbringer cannons however these are currently not easy to get hold of.

    There are some great packages available now depending on how much you are prepared to spend depends on what you want to acquire.
    It is also worth looking at event packages when they are released for some great deals.
    There is no specific answer to how much you spend, this is all down to personal choice.

    There are some useful threads within the forum which may help guide you through what is best to work on initially with a new account, However feel free to ask any questions you may have within the 'General questions' section of the forum.
