    Hello,
    I have a problem: after the restart, I can't get into the game; the screen gets stuck on "logging in user."

    Could you help me again, please?

    Same error after reset, How can I prevent this error?

    Hello there Pirate,

    After any restart you will need to completely close the game down and restart it.
    If you are accessing the game via a browser you will need to clear your cache.
