    It is not active yet, we will have to wait for the next sync which will take place most likely tomorrow ;)

    OK, it's now active. Same question, how do we enter when the required 'Hunting Permit' is not available?

    Ahoy Bawdyn!

    Hunting Permit can be obtained from a quest found at the "Sign" quest-giver found within every SH.

    Complete a simple quest, gain Hunting Permit and visit William Bloodaxe to gain access to the Horde map.
