cant get on water

    40/26467540 cant get on water it just keeps logging on i have restarted game n computer still same outcome

    having issue where I'm on the water all my action item bars are gone like that has the 1,2,3,4 hotkey menu thing on water etc. and the others are gone my buff list disappeared, my chats gone, announcements menu bar thing is gone all I see is the water and my ship. mini map is gone as well don't even know what map I'm on., not letting me repair either
